Reference: Derogation Euro 5

Dear Business Partner,

We are currently in the process of collating and submitting any derogation requests on the current Euro 5 models.

All our existing stock will be derogated, and this also leaves us the ability to offer derogation on a large percentage of dealer stock, however not all.

Please can I request you submit via email to your Area Manager all units you have in stock, NO LATER THAN 17.00hrs DECEMBER 12th.

The information we require is: Model – Including VIN number

Once we have collated this information your Area Manager will contact you advising what units we can derogate on your behalf.

Due to the timescales, and that we close on December 20th for our Christmas shutdown, this information must be with your Area Manager no later than 17.00hrs on December 12th.

After that I will start collating information and we can no longer guarantee being able to assist in derogation, and that will mean you will have to ensure you pre-register all affected units.
